Elevate Director - Top Gun Blue - Top Gun Middle School

Melissa Nash

Melissa Nash has been coaching for Elevate since 2017! She started coaching high school in 2013 and has been a coach at Brighton High since 2014! Starting the 2025 fall season, she'll head coach her alma mater BYU. Lacrosse is her biggest passion! She has received the Coach of the Year award three times. During her glory days, she played for Olympus High School then BYU - earning MVP, All-American, and Academic All-American awards.

Elevate Director - Maverick

Mikala Boyack

Mikala has been passionate about lacrosse since the age of 10. She played at Riverton High School, where she was a 3x All-State goalie and earned All-American honors her senior year.

She began her collegiate career at NCAA Division II Westminster College, where she was named RMAC Defensive Player of the Week multiple times. She finished her career at the DI level with Saint Joseph’s University.

Top Gun Black  - Maverick North

Kylee Cash

Kylee grew up playing sports, and found lacrosse her Sophomore year of high school, where she was a natural! She played for Roy High School before starting the program at Fremont her senior year. She received a full ride scholarship to Missouri Valley College where she obtained national and all-conference recognitions. Kylee currently coaches at West Field High School and is passionate about empowering women and strengthening players on and off the field.  ​

MAVERICK BOYS

SCOTT HANSEN

Scott Hansen has played lacrosse since 6th grade and is currently an attackman for Brigham Young University Men’s Lacrosse, where he was part of the 2023 MCLA National Championship team. A former captain at Brighton High School and USA Lacrosse Academic All-American, Scott has competed at the varsity, elite club, and collegiate levels across the country.

 

Scott is a true student of the game who also officiates youth lacrosse and is passionate about giving back to the sport. At Elevate, his goal is to help players build strong fundamentals, grow their lacrosse IQ, and gain confidence heading into their high school seasons.

Top Gun White

Kennadee "Hatch" Hale

Hatch has been involved with lacrosse for the last 14 years. She attended Viewmont High School. At the end of her senior year, Hatch was leading the state by being ranked #1 in assists and #2 overall. After graduating Hatch continued her lacrosse career by attending and playing Utah State University. Lacrosse has always been a major love and aspect of Hatch’s life and she’s excited to help these awesome girls develop that love as well as helping better themselves both on and off the field.

Top Gun White

Madie Roberts

Madie started her career later than usual as a freshman in high school. She immediately loved the sport. She played all 4 years at Alta High School. Her senior year of high school, Madie won All Region and Academic All Region. She then committed and played 2 years Southern Virginia University as a starting defender. She has been coaching at Alta High School for 5 years and has gained a deep passion for coaching. Her favorite thing about coaching helping players develop and refine skills and find their love and passion for the sport! She's excited to start her journey in the fall of 2025 as the defensive coordinator at BYU

Addi England

Addi immediately fell in love with lacrosse when she tried it her freshman year of high school. She played all four years at Brighton High School and did not want to stop. She then went to attend Southern Virginia University where, her senior year, Addi was recieved All-Conference and Academic All-Conference awards during her years there. Addi has been coaching for Elevate for 3 summers and is an assistant coach for Alta High School. Addi has become very passionate about coaching and loves sharing her love and knowledge of lacrosse.​​

Top Gun Black

Hallie Clark

Hallie started playing lacrosse in 8th grade after being inspired by her cousins and brothers, and quickly fell in love with the game. She played two years of collegiate lacrosse at the NAIA level before transferring and finishing her career at Missouri Western State University (NCAA Division II). A former Utah Elevate player back in 2017, Hallie is thrilled to be back with the program as a coach. For her, lacrosse has always been more than a sport; it’s where she met her best friends and found her true happy place.​​
